4 ways to get back at it with your fitness routine

4 ways to get back at it with your fitness routine

Let's be honest, this year has been unlike any other. Routines have gone out the window and that can make finding your workout rhythm a challenge. Restarting can be difficult, but we’ve got just the instructors, concepts, and programs to help you get back at it.

Fallen out of your fitness routine?

Nick Pags’ new program, The Road Back, will get you on track.

The Road Back is a program consisting of six sweat sessions and six recovery classes. Nick will help you identify what’s been holding you back and provide expert guidance and motivation to break through it.

If you’re ready to restart your fitness, remember: always celebrate the small stuff. “The little wins we have will generate momentum to generate even bigger results,” says Nick.

The Road Back launches September 9th.

Looking to spice things up?

Beyoncé's dance captain, Ashley Everett, will have you movin’ and groovin’ with her new beat-based workout method, FitChoreo.

FitChoreo combines the functionality of a HIT workout with Ashley’s signature choreography in each sequence, set to rhythmic counts. Let the music lead you to a rhythm that’ll make you sweat and burn while having the time of your life.

There’s no “secret” to success, just get the job done, says Ashley. “You have to do the work yourself, but trust me, it’s worth every drop of sweat once you start seeing your hard work pay off!”

FitChoreo launches September 14th.

Need something you can stick with?

Get your Fitness Fix with Christi’s new guided program. She’ll teach you how to maintain a fitness routine in only 20 minutes a day.

Fitness Fix with Christi is designed to be quick, easy to follow, and effective. Her 20-minute classes will make you stronger, leaner, and overall healthier.

And when it comes to consistency, Christi says planning for your workouts in advance is the ticket. “Make the time and put them in your calendar,” she says.

Fitness Fix launches September 21st.

Want to turn up the intensity?

Put your body into overdrive in Cardio Burn with Cameron Dean, one of the most challenging bodyweight cardio classes you’ve ever experienced.

Cardio Burn is a calorie-torching, non-stop workout featuring high-energy supersets of fast-paced movements that will leave you drenched in sweat and feeling strong.

When pushing your body to new limits, Cameron says it’s all about getting yourself in the right headspace first. Nothing worth having comes easy so embrace the challenge and let your body do what it knows how to do,” he says.

Cardio Burn launches September 28th.

Let’s get BACK AT IT together!
