How to get started on NEOU

With thousands of classes to choose from, finding the right workout for you is just a few clicks away.

Our team of experts curates the content on the homepage to show you what’s new, featured, and most popular to give you a sampling of what you can find on the app. But the discovery doesn’t stop there! Next, head over to the browse page and select the class type that interests you at the top. You can click the filter in the middle of the screen and narrow down your search based on a variety of options:

Difficulty - We have a variety of beginner, intermediate, and advanced options within each class type

Equipment - Select the equipment currently available to you to find all the workouts that apply. Select “No Equipment Necessary” if you don’t have any equipment. There are still hundreds of options to choose from!

Music - We know great music can really enhance a workout, and your instructors work hard to put together amazing playlists to keep you motivated throughout your workouts. Select the music types that interest you - from pop to hip-hop, oldies, and more!

Duration - Some days you only have 15 minutes to squeeze in a workout. We get it! Select the class duration that meets your needs on any given day.

Body Focus - Looking for a workout focused on a specific muscle group or area of the body? Select one or multiple body focuses from the list, or choose “Total Body” for a head-to-toe workout.

Explicit - Filter out classes that have explicit language (instructor and music) if that’s important to you.
