Start your day right with this nutrient-spiked coffee
Not much of a breakfast person? Neither is Mat Forzaglia from Forzag Fitness. “When I’m waking up at 4AM every morning, I don’t want to eat a heavy meal,” he says.
Instead of whipping up eggs or oatmeal, his go-to is coffee, but with an added bonus: grass-fed butter or ghee.
While the coffee is the main source of energy, according to Mat, butter or ghee helps ward off those mid-morning hunger cravings by keeping us fuller for longer. “I just drink this and I’m on my way,” he says.

WHAT YOU NEED: (serves 2)
2 cups of hot coffee
½ cup of coconut milk
2 tablespoons butter or ghee
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brew coffee
2. Pour coffee, coconut milk, and butter into a blender
