The Home Body daily fitness plan
There’s never been a better time to take control and build your own at-home fitness plan. We've got everything you need and we'll show you how.
Each day there will be four new classes in the Home Body collection: one HIT class, one toning class, one restore class, and one dance class. They range anywhere from 10 - 45 minutes and include minimal or no equipment at all.
3 ways to follow the Home Body fitness plan
How you decide to follow the plan is entirely up to you, but if you’re unsure what to do, we’ve eliminated the guesswork by providing a series of suggestions to get you started.
1. Three Home Body HIT classes + two Home Body Restore classes
Example: HIT on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; Restore on Tuesday and Thursday; off on Saturday and Sunday. This is a great structure if you enjoy working out very hard, but want to strike a good balance between intense exercise and optimizing recovery.
*Add an additional HIT class on the weekend if you’re looking to level up. Subtract Wednesday’s HIT class if you’re just getting started.
2. Two Home Body Tone classes + two Home Body Restore classes + one Home Body HIT class
Example: Tone on Monday and Friday; HIT on Wednesday; Restore on Tuesday and Thursday; off on Saturday and Sunday. This structure is ideal if you like to work hard, but not quite intense all of the time. With this format, you’ll be able to improve muscle tone and definition, work in ample recovery, and still get in a high-intensity session for cardiovascular benefits.
*Add an additional Tone class on the weekend if you want to level up. Subtract Wednesday’s HIT class if you’re just getting started.
3. Four or more Home Body Dance classes + one Home Body Tone class + one Home Body Restore class
Example: Dance until your heart’s content Monday through Sunday, but you might want to consider adding a Tone class in the middle of the week (maybe Wednesday) to build some strength and muscular definition. A Restore class on the weekend is another smart idea to keep your lose and limber.
